The Spire

Spire Realty Group’s proposed tower at 400 Avenue of the Arts will have mixed-use elements anchored by office within the Spire master-planned district. WDG designed the building. The 21-story building will have 390K SF of office and 19K SF of retail within Spire Realty’s 12-acre site at the corner of Ross Avenue and Routh Street in the Arts District. The proposed master plan includes three office and retail buildings, a parking garage, a hotel, and a park, retail and multifamily mixed-use project.
