JLL, the second-biggest commercial real estate brokerage in the world, has named leasing and asset management technology provider VTS an enterprise-level partner.

As part of this multi-year deal, VTS will provide all JLL brokers access to one centralized dashboard to manage their portfolio, identify market trends and qualified leads, and view updated, comprehensive data in real time.

JLL brokers can now streamline their entire workflow by integrating data from all of their tools directly into the VTS platform, which provides a single dashboard for all the key tenant and market data needed to close deals faster.

JLL has also gained access to S&P Cap IQ information on more than 5 million public and private companies, as well as the ability to analyze and track comp data from CompStak directly within the VTS platform.

JLL is one of a growing number of firms recognizing that the industry is ready for a shift toward real-time data and enhanced collaboration, and VTS is leading this charge. VTS co-founder and chief revenue officer Ryan Masiello said he is excited about the company’s enhanced relationship with JLL because it will put the platform in the hands of more property owners, investors and occupier clients.

JLL brokers are also excited about the new partnership and the ways that VTS can help them boost efficiency and enhance collaboration with their teams and clients.

“VTS gives us a real-time view into where net effective rents are trending, along with which tenants and industries are driving demand in various locations and building types,” head of Americas capital markets and investor services Jay Koster said. “By combining this data with the information available in our powerful existing internal system, we can make more accurate, informed and timely decisions for our investor clients.”

JLL’s Peter Riguardi, president of the New York Tri-State area, added that VTS’s cutting-edge technology will serve as the perfect complement to his outfit’s understanding of commercial real estate.

This is the latest in a series of major partnerships for VTS, as industry-leading companies continue to recognize the benefits of utilizing the VTS platform. To learn more about our Bisnow partner, click here.
