Help Your 'Property Hero' Get Recognized (And Win Big)

The annual Property Hero Awards, hosted by Building Engines, recognizes commercial property management professionals who stand out among their peers for going above and beyond the call of duty.

This unique web-based competition provides property management professionals with the opportunity to compete and receive some well-deserved recognition for the tasks they do every day.

“The Maintenance Hero event was so well-received last year with 20 finalists, 3,124 votes and 4,900 email opens that Building Engines is expanding this year’s to two categories—Maintenance Hero and Property Hero,” says Building Engines marketing communications director Sarah Fisher.

CRE professionals just designate a category and submit their nominations, and the Building Engines panel will pick 30 finalists for each category. Sarah says finalists will be selected from the list of nominees based on the 3 P’s: Passion, Professionalism and Progressiveness.

The nomination window opened yesterday and closes Nov. 27. Finalists will be announced and voting opened Dec. 5.

One grand-prize winner in each category will be announced Dec. 19 and receive $1,200, a feature in Building Beat and official bragging rights. In addition, one runner-up for each category will receive $300.
