NY Chart of the Week: TAMI Leasing Activity Has Slow 2015

After an unprecedented 22% gain in 2014, the TAMI sector produced a less-than-stellar 2015 in terms of leasing of activity, declining by 38.2% in Manhattan, JLL Research says.

In fact, Manhattan's overall leasing activity decreased 23.4% last year, and the submarkets that TAMI tenants frequent—such as Midtown South and the Penn Plaza/Garment District—recorded some of the greatest fluctuations in activity.
