LA Chart of the Week: Irvine Is the Best West Coast City For Job Hunters

Recently, a WalletHub study compared the 150 most populated cities in the US, giving each metropolis a zero to 100 score using 17 metrics pertaining to job market statistics (80% of the score) and socio-economic factors (20%). To the surprise of many, Irvine is the only West Coast city to rank in the top 10 places to find a job.

JLL Research states that Irvine's 64.03 score is mainly due to the job creation that has been a key driver of Irvine's commercial real estate market.
