For almost a quarter century, the Edward St. John Real Estate Program of the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School has been a leader in graduate real estate education. With its MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure and real estate-focused MBA, the program seeks to give students not only the foundation to thrive in any industry where real estate principles are critical, but also give them knowledge in a wide variety of subjects, including finance, investment, engineering, architecture, real estate law, sustainable practices and more.
Available as a full-time option in DC or a part-time option in both DC and Baltimore, the program is taught by Hopkins experts and industry professionals who are recruited from the region's leading firms.
Unlike many other real estate offerings, the Edward St. John Real Estate Program is housed in a business school, thereby affording its students a number of advantages. These include enjoying direct access to a powerful network of industry experts, executives, entrepreneurs and decision makers. Among this group are hundreds of respected faculty and industry peers; more than 1,000 program alumni, many leaders in their fields; 22,000 Carey alumni; and 200,000 Johns Hopkins alumni spanning the globe.

After graduation, Johns Hopkins real estate graduates have started or advanced their real estate careers as brokers, project managers, asset management advisers, analysts and planners, among other fields.
