Among the projects in the works is Wynwood Plaza, a residential and office mixed-use development in Wynwood, Miami’s arts and entertainment hotspot. The 1M SF development is set to include 509 apartments and a 12-story office tower and will feature a pedestrian plaza and thoroughfare along with ample shopping and dining options.
Meanwhile, Miami’s Design District is making way for Mirai, a mixed-use development, with 17 modular shopping spaces for luxury retail and 41K SF with four commercial spaces envisioned for office usage.
