Finfrock expects the 140K SF project to include precast concrete manufacturing facilities and administrative offices. The company says the new location will allow it to serve commercial real estate clients in Palm Beach, Broward and Southwest Florida counties.

The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is set to vote on economic incentives for the project at its meeting on March 9. If the incentives are approved, the project would break ground next year, Finfrock said in a press release.

The Belle Glade project is expected to create more than 200 jobs and have a five-year economic impact of at least $242M, the company said. Privately held Finfrock uses its design and build technology on structured parking, hotels, student housing, office buildings, multi-unit residential complexes and mixed-use facilities.
