Ericka Witkowski Joins Cushman & Wakefield As Director Of Office Leasing In Miami.

Ericka Witkowski has joined Cushman & Wakefield as director of office leasing in its Miami office, where she will team up with Managing Director Gordon Messinger.

Witkowski worked most recently at Avison Young, where she specialized in agency leasing and tenant representation. She represented clients like Odebrecht Construction, Intel, Infinity Insurance and ACS Group and was named "Young Gun of the Year" by her office colleagues. Witkowski has also worked for Colliers International South Florida and is a graduate of Florida State University.

“Joining Cushman & Wakefield and teaming with an industry leader like Gordon is a tremendous honor,” Witkowski said in a statement. “The opportunity to leverage the firm’s renowned platform on my clients’ behalf while working alongside someone with Gordon’s experience and knowledge is very compelling.”
