Netflix HQ Hits the Market

The new Los Gatos house that built House of Cards is making headlines of its own, having just hit the market. Owners Sand Hill Property Co and The Carlyle Group tapped the Menlo Park and San Francisco offices of JLL to sell it, listed by Erik DoyleWill ConnorsMichael Seifer and Rob Hielscher. Since 2010, fewer than 10 buildings over 100k SF in the Bay Area have been sold within three years of being constructed, reports The Registry. Erik expects foreign capital sources to be interested in the new two-building campus, where Netflix has a 10-year triple-net lease. [REG]
