Greenheart Land Co. will soon break ground on its Station 1300, a mixed-use development a block away from Menlo Park Caltrain. The developer selected CBRE to lease up the 205K SF Class-A+ office buildings. Station 1300 also includes 183 apartments, retail and dining options, and plazas and open spaces.

The two office buildings are designed to accommodate tech users, who prefer an open office layout, and professional office users looking for a marquee downtown location. An indoor/outdoor Central Plaza will be available for gatherings and events.

Every apartment resident and office worker will be provided with a GO-Pass allowing unlimited access to Caltrain. The project is expected to break ground in September and be ready for tenant improvements during the fourth quarter of 2019 with occupancy expected for 2020.

CBRE Managing Director Todd Husak, Senior Vice Presidents Jonathan Moeller and Doug Beck and Vice President David Wright will market the office.
