The New Look of Senior Housing in San Jose

San Jose Multifamily

Housing continues to be hot in San Jose—and even the older crowd is on board. Today the City of San Jose celebrates the grand opening of 1st and Rosemary Family and Senior Apartments, a development by ROEM Corp, at 30 East Rosemary. The four-story, contemporary Craftsman-style building is wrapped around a multi-level 301-stall parking garage. The 106-unit senior community offers all one-bedroom apartments. Parking for 1st and Rosemary Senior residents is located in a subterranean structure with 75 stalls and direct elevator access to common areas as well as private residential floors. Speakers include San Jose's director of housing Leslye Corsiglia and ROEM prez Robert Emami.
