Seattle's Good for Trick-or-Treating

Seattle Other

Residential valuation data specialist Zillow released its top 20 cities for trick-or-treating. It used four equally weighted data variables: the Zillow Home Value Index, population density, Walk Score, and local crime data. San Francisco topped the list again (no surprise there), while Seattle is No. 8. Zillow further posits that the best local neighborhoods are Phinney Ridge, Loyal Heights, Wallingford, Queen Anne, and Roosevelt. (Bonus points if you dress up like Queen Anne while trick-or-eating in Queen Anne. Same for Roosevelt.)
