Placeholder

Gigabit fiber and broadband services company Wave is moving to a building at the under-construction Kirkland Urban development, where it will more than double in size. The company will take three floors totaling about 88k SF in the development's Central Building, which will be eight stories tall.

PGIM Real Estate owns the Kirkland Urban property and is working with Talon Private Capital on the project. The redevelopment of 11.5 acres at Central Avenue and Sixth Street will ultimately have about 1.2M SF of commercial and residential space, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports. Three local architects are at work on the project: CollinsWoerman, Hewitt and Weber Thompson. [PSBJ]
