SeaLevel Properties recently completed Vale Apartments, a five-story multifamily building in Issaquah. The 108K SF, 110-unit residential apartment building features a mix of one- and two-bedroom units. It also has ground-floor loft units. It is currently 60% leased.

The building includes unique features like tables and shelving in the common areas made from 100-year-old apple trees that were harvested from the site. The building uses 60% less energy than traditional apartment buildings. It has two rooftop decks with a barbecue, a community pea patch and an outdoor fireplace. An indoor lounge features a gourmet kitchen, a bike room with a repair station, and a fitness center. There is also covered parking on-site.

“I was born and raised in this city — along with my partner Kyle, who serves as SeaLevel’s Director of Multifamily Development — and I still live here in Issaquah with my family,” SeaLevel Properties Director John Shaw said in a statement. “We’re beyond excited to provide a livable new project within our hometown that we can share both with the current and future residents, as well as show off to our kids.”

The building is on Juniper Trail, an east-west connection from State Route 900 to Olde Town Issaquah. Exxel Pacific is the general contractor on the project. Grouparchitect is the architect, and Robin Chell Design is the interior designer.
