Wellstone at Bridgeport, a 208K SF, four-story apartment community, opened recently in Lakewood. The apartments were developed by Momentum Partners and will be managed by Legacy Partners.

The community includes 208 units that range from studio to two bedrooms. There are 281 parking spots, including 23 detached garages. Garden-style units have high-end interior finishes and oversized patios and balconies. The gated, elevator-accessible community has a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse, a pool with a sun deck and a 24-hour mailroom that includes Amazon parcel lockers.

“Wellstone at Bridgeport affords a classic Pacific Northwest lifestyle — from eclectic local retail and dining at Lakewood Towne Centre to everything the nearby mountains, forests, and waterways have to offer,” Legacy Regional Vice President Mike Holt said in a statement. “It is surrounded by six acres of nature and parkland, yet seamlessly connects to the rest of the region with its multi-modal transportation options.”

Legacy has built and managed several properties throughout the Pacific Northwest, including The Hadley on Mercer Island, Bowman in Seattle and The Triangle, which opened in Redmond in the fall.
