Woodinville Industrial Park Sells For $47.2M

The 239,607 Sf Warehouse And Light-Manufacturing Infill Project Is One Of The Eastside’s Best-In-Class Industrial Assets.

The Park at Woodinville recently sold in an off-market transaction for nearly $47.2M. The Class-A industrial park at 14103 NE 200th St. in Woodinville was purchased by Bellevue-based Park Row LLC.

Private equity real estate firm KBS sold the 239,607 SF warehouse and light-manufacturing facility for $197/SF. The buyers were represented by Kidder Mathews brokers Todd Gauthier and Jason Bloom.

The industrial park includes a café/deli, loading docks and outdoor patios as well as nearby shopping, dining and wine tasting. The park is close to SR-522 and Interstate 405.

Earlier this month, Park Row LLC sold the 1-acre Park Row Shopping Center property in downtown Bellevue to British Columbia-based Bosa Development, according to The Registry.
