The Resmark Cos SVP Michael Zarola tells us despite fervent demand for residential properties in South Bellevue, few new projects are underway. Recently capital provider Resmark and JV partner Windward Real Estate Services unveiled plans for an infill project in Bellevue called Factoria, which will include 24 for-sale townhouses.
