Washington Holdings purchased the 100-unit Henry Apartments in North Queen Anne from Daly Partners on Feb. 1 for $42.1M. The five-story building at 24 Etruria St. was built in 2016.

The property offers 22 different unit layouts that range from studios to a variety of one-bedroom options, The Registry reports. The one-bedroom units rent for $1,895 to $2,595.

Daly Partners co-founder Patrick Ashman told The Registry the sale had been in the works for some time. He said the timing was right and the deal met the firm's expectations.

The apartment building’s location, near Gas Works Park and the Fremont shopping district, is one of its main draws, Washington Holdings Executive Vice President Ben Margoles told The Registry.

Washington Holdings plans to keep the apartment building as a long-term investment.
