JLL has acquired Seattle's Washington Partners, one of the city's leading tenant rep firms, expanding JLL's real estate leasing services.

Washington Partners is a top-ranked real estate service provider and grows JLL's presence in the Greater Puget Sound market, says JLL market director Joe Smurdon. Ed Curtis, Doug Hanafin, Pat Pendergast and Clay Nielsen co-founded Washington Partners in 1997. They, along with seven other brokers and four other professionals, will join JLL's 58-person team in Seattle.
