This week is the first-ever Diversity and Inclusion at Skanska USA, which aims to educate its 8,300 US employees on the benefits of inclusion in the workplace.Skanska USA diversity manager Mel Jones tells us it often leads to new and creative ideas and problem-solving. As for the pins, thats a Seattle employee marking a map indicating her familys background during a morning toolbox talk at Skanskas office.
