The latest is 923 Folsom, a SoMa project that's sat in limbo as Trumark considered selling it or exploring a JV and hanging on to it. Now we know the fully entitled 114-unit property has sold. (Newmark marketed the deal and didn't respond to a request for comment.) We've been asking around town about the identity of the new buyer, but it hasn't come out quite yet. Last month, Newmark also sold 1545 Pine for Trumark.
Despite its dispositions, Trumark is still super busy in the Bay Area, as managing director Arden Hearing told us in December. Ground will officially get moving on 346 Potrero and 645 Texas in about a month; the groundbreaking ceremony was postponed from this month due to scheduling conflicts.
