Tishman Speyer has selected Decorist to provide 3D renderings and virtual reality technology to showcase options for two- and three-bedroom floor plans at Lumina, its luxury tower in San Francisco. Decorist Designers Tamara Honey, Will Wick, Consort and Martin Raffone will provide various interior design options.

Lumina will be the first new development to use Decorist’s technology. Prospective residents can view furnishings, wall coverings, finishes, accessories, artwork, lighting and flooring options using this technology. Trumark Urban has been using virtual reality and technology to sell its condo complex in Pacific Heights as well.

The Lumina condo high-rise offers 656 residencies at 201 Folsom St. As of the end of Q1 2017, more than 70% of homes had closed escrow and 79% were sold or under contract.
