Attention royals, celebs and CEOs: A penthouse at LUMINA could be yours for $49M. The two-story custom pad coming in at 14k SF in size, rendered here, will sit atop the 42-story Folsom Street tower (the penthouse has been in the works for a minute, as Bisnow first got whiff of the plan from sources in December). The lucky tenant will enjoy the following: 18-foot double-height living rooms with eight outdoor terraces and five bedrooms. Tishman Speyer is partnering with Sotheby’s International Realty to sell it. We can already hear the British accent from Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous giving a tour of the finished product. The buyer search just might be featured on TV (Million Dollar Listing is currently filming in S.F.).
