Here's an updated pic from Nibbi Brothers General Contractors of the Azure @ Mission Bay development, which will be ready for move-ins by summer. (It'll be a few years before residents can host pregame parties for Warriors games, but enticing to think about nonetheless.) The 273-unit Equity Residential project is made up of a 16-story tower on the west and a six-story, wood-frame podium on the eastern two-thirds of this site.

Here's Karen Nibbi (Sergio Nibbi's wife) and Nibbi employees Grace Nicer, Elizabeth Crockett and Kit Chang at Nibbi's famous holiday soiree this month at its HQ. Speaking of holiday spirit, Nibbi's dining room and housing for St. Anthony's in the Tenderloin finished on schedule this quarter. And it's building its second clubhouse for the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, set to open in February. The new 37k SF clubhouse is shooting for Silver LEED status at Fulton and Gough streets and will include a gym, pool, and a roof deck.
