$126M LOAN FOR 100 MONTGOMERY

| Starwood Property Trust completed a $61M loan last month for Blackstone for two office buildings in Glendale, but the purse strings weren't closed there. The lender just originated a $126M first mortgage and mezz loan on 100 Montgomery. The 25-story, Class-A office building, containing more than 420k SF at Sutter and Montgomery, has undergone $54M in improvements, including a crystallized glass faade, lobby and common area updates, and LEED Gold certification. |
