Ms. Greaner is Regional Vice President, FivePoint, a position she assumed when her prior role as Chief Operating Officer in Lennar’s Bay Area Urban division transitioned into FivePoint in July 2016. In both her current and most recent positions, she oversees the commercial strategy and operations for the platform that is responsible for The San Francisco Shipyard, Candlestick Point, Treasure Island and the Concord Naval Weapons Station. Ms. Greaner joined Lennar Commercial in January 2014 as Executive Vice President responsible for Lennar Commercial’s operations. Ms. Greaner attended Boston University and brings over 30 years of commercial real estate and operations experience. From 1978 - 1985, she managed multiple retail operations in the northeast US. Ms. Greaner joined Mainstreet Investments in south Florida in 1985, where she specialized in the marketing and development of residential single-family properties. In 1988, she established her own Miami-based real estate company as Managing Partner developing multiple locations for Walgreens, Publix and other national retailers, in addition to overseeing asset management and leasing for shopping centers and suburban offices throughout Florida. In 1999, Ms. Greaner merged with Ram Realty Services, a midsized firm with a southeast U.S. footprint, to create Ram’s commercial development, leasing and asset management division. As the company’s Chief Operating Officer, she oversaw company operations, actively served as a member on the Investment Committee, oversaw multifamily assets and directed all commercial activities for retail and office including asset management, leasing, property management, redevelopment and ground up development. Throughout her tenure at Ram Realty, she actively sourced opportunities and played a key role in fund raising for two of the company’s private equity funds. Ms. Greaner is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), served as the ICSC Government Relations Chair for the State of Florida, participates in Government relations for the organization at the federal level and currently serves on ICSC’s National Economic Committee. She is involved in a variety of mentor programs for young real estate professionals, is on the Florida State University Real Estate Advisory Board and holds real estate broker licenses in Florida and North Carolina.

Amy Price is president of BentallGreenOak (BGO). In her role, Amy also co-heads the firm’s U.S. Investment Management business and oversees its Canadian Investment Management and Real Estate Services businesses. Amy is a member of the Management Committee, chairs the U.S. Investment Committee for the firm's core, core plus and separate account clients, and co-chairs the U.S. Management Committee. Amy also leads BGO’s equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives globally and chairs the firm’s EDI Leadership Council. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Amy was a managing director and head of real estate investing for the western U.S. at Morgan Stanley, where she was an Investment Committee member, and built the real estate investment management business in San Francisco. Amy also spent time in Morgan Stanley’s New York and Hong Kong offices. Amy is a member of the Global Board of Directors of Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of the Board of Directors and Chair Emeritus of NAREIM, and a member of the Board of Directors of AFIRE. She is also involved in philanthropic endeavors, as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of San Francisco, the National Charity League with her daughter, and Service Corp with her son. Amy holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University.

Ms. Bryant joined Sares Regis Group in 1993 with responsibility for the Bay Area commercial property portfolio. She oversees Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and MIS activities for the company and closely monitors the performance of all active development and operating projects.

Deborah Boyer is Executive Vice President, Director of Innovation and Community Impact. Deborah leads the company’s future focused initiatives in key areas including evolving workplace, sustainability, wellness, and community impact, through a comprehensive platform called h3experiences. Prior to taking on her current role, Deborah was responsible for the company’s national portfolio as Director of Asset Management. Deborah joined The Swig Company in 2005 with over 20 years’ experience with major real estate owners and investors, providing her with a broad background in mixed-use commercial real estate. Her strategic management and positioning of Swig portfolio assets have been instrumental in placing the company at the forefront of emerging trends in the industry. Deborah’s current board affiliations include SPUR, Global Workspace Association, CRETech, Carbon Lighthouse, Liquid Space, and the Uptown/Downtown Oakland Community Benefit Districts. Additional memberships in industry organizations include Lamda Alpha, ULI, BOMA, CoreNet, WiPT.

Ani co-manages RPP and is specifically responsible for acquisitions and investor relations. Prior to Rubicon Point Partners, Ani served in the Obama administration responsible for the $200 billion TALF program and restarting the securitization market during the height of the recent financial crisis. Previously she was with Rockwood Capital, in the capacity of acquisitions, asset management, and establishing a $400 million separate account on behalf of a state pension fund. Her career began at Goldman, Sachs & Co.Ani is a graduate of StanforUniversity and Harvard Business School.

Catherine House, CRE, FRICS, CCIM, is the SVN National Healthcare Chair of the 2,000+ commercial real estate brokerage firm SVN. As Chair she is responsible for coordinating healthcare related commercial real estate activities, in particular, medical & dental office buildings and seniors housing (ALF’s, SNF’s, MC, etc.) throughout the company. She is particularly known for her experience in the acquisition and disposition of medical & office buildings, medical condominiums and neighborhood commercial buildings throughout Northern California. She is also a frequent industry speaker on the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on Healthcare. In 2021 she was invited to become a Counselor of Real Estate. In 2010, San Francisco Business Times named her one of the “Most Influential Women in Business in the Bay Area”. Catherine’s career in commercial real estate began in 1993 in London, England where she graduated as a Chartered Surveyor and worked for CBRE until she was recruited to this country in 2001. Much of her success in the real estate field can be attributed to her early years of training as a Chartered Surveyor as well as her subsequent designation as a CCIM, conferred upon commercial real estate leaders with a proven record of success in the field as well as mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis. At SVN she is one of the top producing brokers, ranked in the top 10% of over 1,600 brokers+ nationally every year since she joined. Catherine earned her real estate degree (BSc. Hons.) in commercial real estate (valuation, law and construction) at South Bank University, London, England.

Tracy A. Murphy was appointed Executive Vice President, Life Sciences in May 2016 and is responsible for the company’s life science activities along the West Coast, an area that includes three of the top four U.S. life science markets. The company currently has approximately 6 million square feet of life science properties either stabilized or in development and Ms. Murphy leads the leasing, development and positioning for these assets as well as identify and pursue new development and acquisition opportunities in the San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area and greater Seattle markets. Across a 17 year career dedicated life science real estate, Tracy has held leadership roles in a variety of disciplines, including leasing, acquisitions and development. Tracy joined Kilroy Realty after almost a decade at BioMed Realty, where she participated on the Executive Committee and was Senior Vice President, Western U.S. and responsible for the strategic objectives for a 10 million square foot portfolio. Prior to BioMed Realty, Tracy was a life science specialized broker at BRE Commercial (now Cushman & Wakefield). She holds a Bachelor degree in Business from the University Wisconsin, Whitewater. Tracy also participates on the Executive Board of Directors for BIOCOM.

Angelique Brunner is the Founder and President of EB5 Capital, a leader in the EB-5 investor industry, raising foreign capital for investment in job-creating real estate projects across the United States under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which is overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. EB5 Capital owns and operates a number of USCIS-authorized Regional Centers across the country, most notably in Washington, D.C., California, and New York, and has a portfolio of 13 current and completed projects, with six more in the pre-development phase. EB5 Capital has raised funds from immigrant investors in nearly 50 countries, maintaining a 100% project approval rate from the USCIS. Ms. Brunner was one of the first authorized Regional Center operators; among the first 15 of the approximately 800 that exist today. As President, she provides strategic direction and oversight to EB5 Capital’s real estate, marketing, and legal teams. Ms. Brunner is considered an industry expert, a seasoned and highly respected Regional Center operator, and a strong advocate for the EB-5 Program as a tool for economic development. She serves on the Board of Directors for Invest in the USA (IIUSA), the national EB-5 industry trade association, and was the Inaugural Chair of the IIUSA Policy Committee, which guides the industry’s communications with USCIS and other governmental agencies. In 2011, at the request of Senator Leahy’s (D-VT) office, Ms. Brunner submitted official congressional testimony in support of the EB-5 Program. She works closely with Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide in their efforts to make the EB-5 Program more effective. Ms. Brunner has also had the opportunity to speak at numerous conferences for industry organizations, including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Urban Land Institute (ULI), IIUSA, SelectUSA, the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA), among others. Before founding EB5 Capital, Ms. Brunner spent more than a decade working in finance and investments for both public and private organizations focused on real estate and venture capital. Her past employers include: Fannie Mae, Neighborhood Development Company, National Capital Revitalization Corporation, CORE Capital Partners, and Public Financial Management. Ms. Brunner is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Master’s Degree in Policy and Economics from Princeton University, where she studied under Ben Bernanke, former chairman of the Federal Reserve. She also earned a Certificate in Urban Planning from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.

In her role at LinkedIn, Peggy leads initiatives and mobilizes teams to create growth and operational efficiency at the intersection of business and environmental responsibility. Prior to her current position, she developed and managed programs at Apple, the US Department of State, and several other firms and NGOs. Credentials include GRI G4 CSR reporting and Water Footprint. She has led environmental and social initiatives that led to quantifiable impacts with cross-cultural teams across academia, technology, banking and government in the US, Germany, France, Netherlands, Mexico, Brazil, India, Japan and Thailand. Peggy serves on the Advisory Council for Acterra's Business Environmental Award, and as a mentor for Stanford GSB's Center for Social Innovation and for MBAStrategies.

Emily Williams is the Head of Global Real Estate at Twitch where she oversees the company’s global portfolio strategy and supports its design development, change management programs and strategic workplace operations. During her tenure at Twitch, she has worked cross-functionally to scale business operations from a single headquarters location to approximately 400,000 square feet in more than 20 locations worldwide. Focus areas in recent projects include data-driven design programming, strategic partnership alignment, and brand integration. Prior to Twitch, Emily worked as a Paralegal at Barg Coffin Lewis & Trapp where she managed relationships with major corporate litigation executives and served as one of the firm’s key trial strategists. She holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from Kenyon College.

Kristin Anderson is the President/CEO for Eric F. Anderson, Inc, her family’s 78 year old construction business based in San Leandro, CA. Kristin joined the company in 2008, following a career in mechanical engineering. Kristin and her mother, Leona, took over the business after the passing of her father in 2010. Since then, Kristin has been passionate about continuing the family’s legacy as the 3 rd generation and being a Women-Owned Business. Under her leadership, the company has grown into three divisions – Construction, Cabinetry and Service. Kristin is a recent Past President with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is an active member of the Northern California Planning Committee for ICSC, and sits as the Marketing Committee Co-Chair with CREW East Bay. As Vice President with Transwestern, Anna specializes in the leasing and sale of office and R&D real estate throughout the greater Silicon Valley on behalf of owners and tenants. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS: Anna has been active in commercial real estate for over 17 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, Anna was director of sales and leasing with Borelli Investment Company and responsible for Club Auto Sport, a 120,000-SF commercial office R&D condominium project in North San Jose. Anna was onsite and in this capacity, she was responsible for selling 120,000 SF and leasing the balance to close out the project. Prior to this project, Anna served as leasing agent for the company’s three million-square-foot Silicon Valley office portfolio which included a 3 building 120,000SF office project where, in conjunction with the ownership and developer, oversaw a $2M renovation; she was able to raise the rents to market value, lease the project to 99% within a 9 month period that led to the sale of the project. Anna’s background in the Silicon Valley began in 2008 when she joined Regus Group as the broker manager, where she oversaw leasing at the firm’s 11 business centers spanning from Silicon Valley to the San Bruno Peninsula and representing approximately 140,000SF of office space. Previously, Anna was a broker associate at Re/Max Associates commercial division in Contra Costa County and specialized in tenant representation, serving such major corporate clients as Jack in the Box and KinderCare. While affiliated with Re/Max Associates and The Williams Company, Anna also served as portfolio manager for the agency’s holdings. Brooke Ray Rivera is Executive Director of Build Public. Brooke Ray brings expertise in creative urban planning, community development, and public private partnerships after six years with Passerelle Investment Company, a progressive real estate investment group focused on downtown revitalization in Silicon Valley. At Passerelle, she implemented multiple pop-up parks, public art exhibitions with SFMOMA and Christie's, and other place-making efforts in conjunction with her work attracting and curating a vibrant commercial tenant mix in downtown Los Altos. Brooke Ray has worked in private, public, and non-profit sectors, and has wide-ranging experience in the realm of sustainable design, from LEED consulting and green infrastructure planning to ecology and marine biology research. Brooke Ray received a B.A. in Biology from Williams College and holds dual masters degrees in City & Regional Planning (MCP) and Landscape Architecture (MLA) from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives in San Francisco and can often be found cycling around the Bay or playing ultimate frisbee with her husband.

Sarah Sieloff is the Executive Director of the Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR or "see clear"), the oldest and only non-profit in the United States solely dedicated to the reuse and revitalization of underutilized or contaminated land. Serving as a national platform for excellence in land reuse, CCLR organizes workshops, webinars, and provides one-on-one technical assistance on land recycling issues in low-capacity and low-income communities across the country, from California to Puerto Rico. Under Sarah's leadership, CCLR has grown substantially since 2015. Prior to joining CCLR, Sarah served as the Memphis Team Lead for the White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities, working with 25 federal agencies to bring resources and technical assistance to the City of Memphis. Sarah has a background in international development and is a Truman Scholar. She earned her Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University and her BA from Eckerd College.

Amanda Monchamp is a partner in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office and serves as the deputy section leader of the firm’s Government Section. She practices in the areas of land use, natural resources, and environmental law with an emphasis on project development, regulatory compliance and litigation regarding the California Environmental Quality Act throughout California. Ms. Monchamp advises clients on various aspects of complex residential, commercial and industrial land use and real estate development projects, as well as linear projects for utilities such as telecommunications, power companies, transportation and transit projects. Her work on these projects includes due diligence review, local entitlement processing, environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), site remediation, state and federal resource agency permitting, associated land use transactions, and defending challenges to project approvals under CEQA and other land use laws. Ms. Monchamp is currently defending several major projects from challenges under CEQA and NEPA. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Monchamp worked at the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) in Washington, D.C., where she represented the electronics industry in state, federal and international environmental regulatory, legislative, and policy arenas.

Ann combines a broad-based retail real estate and financial markets advisory background with expertise in translating myriad analytics into real estate strategy, with high-level industry credibility established during her 20+ year career. Her background includes landlord and tenant representation, tenant mix analysis, acquisitions underwriting, ground-up development feasibility, and asset management strategy with re-positioning and redevelopment programs. She is based in San Francisco but very active within Colliers' global retail platform, focused on multi-market tenant opportunities.

Selma Hepp joined Pacific Union in early 2016 as Vice President of Business Intelligence. In this newly created executive role, Selma analyzes real estate market and economic conditions in order to help our real estate professionals thoroughly understand client demographics and empirical market dynamics on a hyperlocal basis. This will give Pacific Union real estate professionals definitive buyer profiles and specific marketing tactics that will enable them to better serve the company's clientele. Prior to joining Pacific Union, Selma was Chief Economist at Trulia. Her career includes positions as senior economist for the California Association of Realtors and economist and manager of public policy and homeownership at the National Association of Realtors. She has also worked as a research associate at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the National Center for Smart Growth Research and Education. Selma earned her Master of Arts in Economics from the State University of New York (SUNY), Buffalo and a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning and Design from the University of Maryland.

In Anjee’s current role, as National Retail Director for the USA, she has developed strong relationships and strategic leadership to over 450 + retail professional nationally across 87 markets within Colliers for Investment Sales, Landlord Agency, Tenant Rep, and Retail Asset & Property Management. Anjee Solanki brings 22 years of focused retail real estate experience to Colliers International. She provides strategic asset management to enhance value for her clients with her expertise in lifestyle, community, power center, neighborhood, mixed-use retail/residential, and resort retail. She has developed and manages strong working relationships with institutional and private clients such as State of Florida, State of Michigan, Heitman, Invesco, Grosvenor Americas, American Realty Advisors, TIAA-CREF, PNC, The Irvine Company, Morgan Stanley, and James Campbell Trust. Her strategy identifies current market and property inefficiencies to capture untapped value through asset repositioning, re-leasing, redevelopment, rehabilitation, proactive management, and enhanced marketing. Creative problem-solving is her specialty, and she becomes a key stakeholder with national and international retailers, such as JPMC, Tim Hortons, Dominos, and many others. Her highly focused approach reduces the risk profile and provides clients with a thoughtful approach executing strategic multiyear planning initiatives.

Aliza Skolnik focuses on strategic leadership, sustainable solutions and healthy environments. As Vice President and Director of the ESD San Francisco Office, she is responsible for managing the business development, recruitment and operations for the West Coast. She is a registered Professional Engineer as well as a LEED and WELL Accredited Professional, Green Globes Professional and Fitwel Ambassador. Aliza is also an active leader in the real estate industry through her involvement in the local USGBC and CoreNet chapters. She specializes in improving the well-being of the people who occupy the communities, buildings and workplaces we design.

Eileen Kong currently serves as Senior Vice President, Asset Management for Kilroy Realty Corporation, overseeing the asset management and leasing of over 6M square feet of Class A stabilized office assets in the San Francisco Bay Area markets. Ms. Kong joined Kilroy in 2011 and has held various positions in Asset Management. Prior to joining Kilroy, Ms. Kong held various asset management roles in which she was responsible for leasing, reposition, and operations with several commercial real estate companies including CAC Real Estate Management (merged with CBRE), Broadreach Capital Partners, Legacy Partners (now Steelwave), and Spieker Properties (merged with Equity Office, now EQ Office). Ms. Kong currently serves on the boards of City of Hope’s Real Estate Construction Council and is an active member of various industry groups. She is also a designated CCIM®, RPA®, and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Ms. Kong is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants, an international property consulting firm. AEI provides real property insights and solutions through environmental and property condition assessments, health and safety consulting, building performance evaluations, remediation and corrective action, and construction risk management from 25 offices in the US and Europe. Holly is the 2019 President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network and past president of the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA). Holly was named among RealShare’s California Women of Influence in 2015 and Bisnow’s Bay Area Power Women in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, Holly was named to the Real Estate Forum Women of Influence and Connect Media Women in Real Estate lists and honored with the Courage in Leadership Award at EDR’s PRISM Conference.

Mollie is a Partner of Dostart Development Company (“DDC”), one of the Silicon Valley’s premier commercial real estate developers known for its local expertise, for its leadership in sustainability and transit-oriented design, and for the high quality of its projects and tenants. During the past decade with DDC, Mollie has actively managed nearly 1 million square feet of commercial office development and investment in Silicon Valley. Her responsibilities include leading acquisitions, managing city entitlements, directing leasing, construction, financing and asset management. Prior to joining DDC, Mollie was an investor with Francisco Partners, L.P., a technology-focused private equity firm with $5.0 billion under management, where she was involved in identifying, executing and managing investments across a variety of sectors. Earlier in her career, Mollie worked in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. Mollie is currently a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the national ULI Industrial and Office Product Council as well as on the San Francisco Commercial Local Product Council. She is also a member of NAIOP – Silicon Valley and Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE). Mollie also serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors of The Representation Project. Mollie received her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and her B.A. in Economics and Latin American Studies, with Distinction, from Yale University.

Anne is an architect who has made affordable multi-family housing and transit-oriented urban infill the focus of her work for more than 20 years. She brings a deep commitment to community outreach and sustainable design to all her projects, which range from supportive studios for formerly homeless seniors, to the revitalization of isolated public housing sites into walkable, mixed-use and mixed-income communities. Her affordable housing experience includes award-winning projects in San Francisco as well as San Jose, Los Angeles and Seattle. Notable examples are the national AIA Housing Award-winning 1180 Fourth, and Sansome and Broadway Family Housing, a CNU Charter Award honoree. Anne serves on Mithun’s Board of Directors and leads the firm’s San Francisco office. She is Chair of the Board for San Francisco Housing Action Coalition. Through her broad work with organizations including AIA and SPUR, Anne advocates for diversity in the profession and expanded access to affordable housing.
