Newport Beach Investor Buys San Marcos Storefronts
A Newport Beach real estate investor has picked up the San Marcos Civic Center Plaza for nearly $15M. Webb Management & Investments—headed by Eric Webb—purchased the four-building, 60,400 SF shopping center off North Twin Oaks Valley Road from another individual investor. The retail center's tenants include LA Fitness, FedEx Office and Subway, reports the San Diego Business Journal. HFF's Charles Osbrink and Ryan Gallagher brokered the sale. [SDBJ]
