And The Name of Bosa's New Luxury Super High-Rise Is...

A skyscraper by any other name...won somebody five grand. Bosa Development just unveiled the name of its new luxury apartment skyscraper at Pacific Highway and Broadway: Pacific Gate. "We feel Pacific Gate represents our vision for the building, being a symbol for the city's future," says Bosa's Nat Bosa. Bosa recently held a contest to name the 41-story behemoth, and Kevin Flanagan, a 30-year local resident, was the winner with the name Pacific Gate. Bosa announced late last year plans to develop the tower, with unit prices predicted to exceed $1M each. "The harbor and just-completed waterfront park, as well as the enlargement and beautification of the North Embarcadero, make this [location] a hub of activity,” Nat says.
