Summary

Bisnow presents its first ever North County San Diego Event. Carlsbad, Vista, Escondido, and San Marcos have a lot of opportunity for growth. We have seen a significant uptick in industrial development and adaptive reuse projects along the I 78 corridor.

What is being built?

Who are the tenants in the market?

What is the government doing to incentivize growth?

How is the industrial market performing?

What type of interest do we see from the development community?

Come join us on the morning of August 8th for answers to all these questions and more! Featuring speakers from major development companies and public officials, this is not an event to miss! More Speakers to be Announced!
