The renowned Portland seafood restaurant Roe, which shuttered its location on Southeast 31st and Division last year with plans to move Downtown, has found a new space: the Morgan Building at 720 SW Washington St. An exact timeline for the reopening of the restaurant has not been released, but according to chef Trent Pierce, it will be sometime this year, the Portland Business Journal reports.

Urban Works Real Estate's Tyler Bruss repped Roe, while his colleagues Rob Moneyhan and Nicole Onder repped the landlord, Great Point Investors. The building, a vintage 1913 structure, mostly offers office space, but retailers are on the ground floor, including St. Honore, a French bakery that opened in April.
