Riot Hospitality's Farm & Craft Revolutionizes Dining

Farm & Craft, an innovative restaurant focused on healthy and sustainable foods, opened last week in Scottsdale. Parent company Riot Hospitality Group’s CEO Ryan Hibbert will be speaking at our Phoenix Retail and Hospitality summit July 27.

At the corner of Scottsdale Road and 6th Avenue, Farm & Craft’s dining options focus on providing an anti-inflammatory diet that increases probiotic levels, maintains a steady amount of antioxidants, and reduces overall stress

"Farm & Craft is a perfect example of the evolution between hospitality and real estate development," Ryan tells us. "This concept is a design-build that is a long-term land lease that will become a staple in typical retail-driven developments."

Ryan says the restaurant operates on all levels of service: fast casual during the daytime, full service at night and on the weekends, and even has a full service bar for breakfast and evening diners and drinkers.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week, Farm & Craft uses strictly sustainable, gluten-free, organic and hormone-free ingredients. The restaurant offers specialty cold-pressed juices and kombucha.

Menu items include a kale pesto flatbread with chicken on a flax and whole wheat crust, vegan croissants, hummus protein power salad, and a rustic farm bowl featuring quinoa, cauliflower, and Brussel sprouts. Farm & Craft’s indoor/outdoor bar provides guests with organic spirits in the form of “cold pressed cocktails” and kombucha mules.
