The latest is enterprise application software company SAP America, which recently inked a pre-lease commitment as the first major tenant in the first building at The Grand at Papago Park Center in Tempe. Lincoln Property Co just broke ground on the building. “Tenants are still showing a very clear demand for innovative office product in environments like Tempe," Lincoln Property EVP Dave Krumwiede tells us.

SAP America, currently in Scottsdale, is taking the top floor (40k SF) of the 213k SF, four-story building, which will be completed in January 2017. The Grand at Papago Park Center is a major urban mixed-use project by master developer Papago Park Center Inc; at build-out, the development will total 60 acres of office, multifamily, hotel, retail and other uses. JLL SVPs Jason Moore and Keith Lammersen repped SAP America in the lease.
