The massive East Market development has announced another future tenant: Iron Hill Brewery, which will open its first downtown Philadelphia location there in 2018.
The massive project, developed by National Real Estate Development, already boasts an incoming retail anchor in Mom's Organic Market, to go along with two creative office tenants in the Design Center and Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. Now, it has its first restaurant tenant, one which will include a brewery visible to diners, according to Curbed Philly.
Iron Hill has 12 locations in the Philadelphia area, but only one within city limits, in northeast Philly on Germantown Avenue. Its next spot will occupy a corner location like in the rendering above, a space of 8,450 SF. Though it won't be ready for another year, East Market will officially open later this year, with residential units to follow.
