ULI's David Ricci tells us the organization pulled in close to 600 CRE pros to the event. And that may be a sign of just how much healthier the industry is. “We haven't seen those numbers since '05, '06,” he says. |

David tells us the mood in the audience was positive. “The consensus was all were very bullish on the greater Philadelphia market,” he says. David says many were even confident that with a potential reduction in the privilege tax, downtown could see a spurt ofjob growth in the future. |
