| It may not be the Garden of Eden, but in Levittown, Tryko Partners just pumped up its portfolio with the 170-unit Galilee Village, which it purchased in a off-market transaction from Yardley's Congregation Beth El. The 98%-occupied Village is a HUD-subsidized building offering assisted living for seniors. In other news: Tryko's Chad Buchanan says it's near closing on nursing homes in Eastern Pa. |
