| We sat down recently with Cushman & Wakefield's John Derham to chat about all things Philly CRE. “It really comes down to the Tale of Two Cities,†John says (revealing his classical education). Industrial is booming, especially in the big box space where C&W is tracking some 30M SF in deals. Office, on the other hand, entered the summer slowdown and really hasn't emerged from it yet, with many of the office deals out there tenants who are out well before their lease expirations. “The question is how long is this going to last.
