Quadrant Investment Properties is a Dallas based real estate investment company that acquires high quality commercial real estate assets that are well-constructed, functional buildings, which offer unique design features but have underperformed due to poor management or ownership capital constraints. We create stakeholder value through physical repositioning assets while implementing an aggressive, proactive management system. Targeted assets include redevelopment opportunities, buildings with below average vacancy located in infill submarkets, and projects that allow creative capitalization structures. Since 2012 QIP has acquired nine assets totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet.
