Pipeline's Philadelphia location

Miami-based Pipeline Workspaces, which has four locations in Florida and one in Philadelphia, is setting up shop in Orlando. Its first shared workspace location in the city will be an entire floor of the Wells Fargo Tower, 20 North Orange Ave.

Pipeline will have plenty of competition in Downtown Orlando. Already up and running in the area are Catalyst, Co-Lab and the nonprofit Canvs Orlando, among others, the Orlando Sentinel reports.

True to the model of shared workspace, Pipeline will offer entrepreneurs, corporate teams and other professionals open workspace, tech-enhanced conference rooms and private offices. Pipeline already has tenants for the Orlando location, partly because of relationships it has elsewhere.

Miami-based entrepreneurs Philippe Houdard and Todd Oretsky founded the company. According to Oretsky, Downtown Orlando's population of tech and international companies attracted Pipeline to the market.
