Pinnacle Pays $40M For Office Building In Foothill Ranch

Pinnacle Asset Management Group just plunked down $40M for an office building in Foothill Ranch.
Equity Office/Blackstone sold the 203,749 SF building at 26632-26642-26672 Towne Centre Drive.
The 17-year-old building is 100% leased, with tenants including PepsiCo, Loandepot and Arrow Electronics.
Lee & Associates SVP Ryan Swanson and SVP Kurt Bruggeman repped Pinnacle Asset Management Group.
Equity Office/Blackstone was repped by HFF senior managing director Ryan Gallagher, director Tim Geiman and associate director Derreck Barker.
