Greystar Acquires Promenade at Anaheim

Greystar Real Estate Partners bought the Promenade at Anaheim for an undisclosed price from LA-based CIM Group. The four-property complex includes 276 residential units and 27k SF of retail, and is part of the larger Center Street Promenade. SC-based Greystar plans to rebrand and upgrade residences and amenities, reports the Orange County Register. CIM has been selling lately: this year so far, it's sold 570 residential units, 419 hotel rooms and about 1.4M SF of retail, including Promenade at Anaheim. [OCR]
