Wilbur H. Smith III is the Principal and founder of Greenlaw Partners, LLC and Greenlaw Management, Inc. Mr. Smith personally oversees all aspects of the company’s acquisition, operations and investment development/redevelopment programs. Since inception and under Mr. Smith’s leadership the company has completed in excess of $2.0 billion in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate properties. Currently, Greenlaw manages a portfolio in the Western United States in excess of five million square feet that is comprised of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, resort and land assets. Mr. Smith received a Bachelors of Science degree in Agriculture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and earned a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Mr. Smith is a licensed California real estate broker and a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO)- Orange County Chapter.

Mr. McEvoy co-leads the assets management and operations team for the company. Prior to joining Harbor Associates Rich was Vice President – Portfolio Director for EQ Office, the U.S. office portfolio company wholly-owned by Blackstone’s real estate funds. During his time at EQ Mr. McEvoy oversaw the firm’s portfolio operations in South Los Angeles and Orange County including all asset management, leasing, construction, and marketing for more than twenty-four office projects equaling over 6.5 million square feet. Prior to joining EQ Office Mr. McEvoy was a senior leasing executive for Douglas Emmett Inc. in West Los Angeles and a Senior Vice President and Partner with Lee & Associates in Irvine, California. Over his 22+ year career in commercial real estate Mr. McEvoy has led property repositions and maximized investment returns through the strategic deployment of over $175 million worth of capital improvements. Along the way Rich has completed numerous property sales in excess of $1B in value and more than 900 commercial lease transactions exceeding 5 Million square feet leased. Mr. McEvoy holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC). He is also a recipient of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has been a regular member of NAIOP and LACRA.

Mr. Iverson joined Menlo Equities in 1999 and is responsible for the Southern California operations of Menlo Equities, including property acquisitions, financings, asset management, and dispositions. Mr. Iverson works closely with the firm's managing principals in all aspects of growing and managing the Southern California portfolio. Prior to joining Menlo Equities, Mr. Iverson was with AEW Capital Management in Los Angeles, where he was involved in analyzing, structuring and closing high-yield investments in real estate, equity securities and operating companies with an aggregate value over $2 billion. Mr. Iverson graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. Mr. Iverson was previously a member of the Advisory Board of Streamload.com, an online digital media storage service which was acquired by Nirvanix. He is currently a member of the advisory board for Diomede, a start-up phase consumer-focused online storage company as well as CloudCanvas, a social media applications company. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Collaborated daily with asset management teams to develop, implement, and achieve asset-level strategies to maximize asset/leasing performance and value. A known leader in production, execution, and strategic marketing implementation with the ability to establish a strong leasing presence in both new and existing markets through all business cycles.

Mr. Miszkowicz oversees property acquisition, financing, and disposition. Prior to founding Harbor, Mr. Miszkowicz held acquisition roles with AEW, Bixby Land Company and The Bascom Group. His responsibilities included property identification, market assessment, contract negotiation, asset management and disposition of real estate assets. Mr. Miszkowicz acquisition background includes office, industrial, retail and multifamily development and redevelopment totaling over $996M in acquisition volume across 14 US markets, and $812M in disposition volume across 7 US markets. He played an active role in the asset management of a $440M portfolio of commercial assets. Mr. Miszkowicz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship and International Business from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of the NAIOP Young Professional Group and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. He has appeared as a guest speaker at Loyola Marymount University and University of Southern California.

Mr. Strasmann is the Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Orange County Operations as well as the functional Southern California Industrial & Logistics Market Leader. Mr. Strasmann’s Orange County responsibilities include leading a team of over 360 professionals in the Orange County Region with direct oversight of all lines of business and services CBRE provides to the marketplace. As the Functional Industrial Leader, Mr. Strasmann has the additional responsibility of managing approximately 130 selling industrial professionals throughout 12 Southern California offices. Mr. Strasmann also serves as the management oversight for CBRE’s National Port Logistics and E-Commerce specialty practice groups. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Strasmann served as the Managing Director of Brokerage Operations for Voit’s Orange County, Los Angeles County and Inland Empire Operations. Mr. Strasmann’s region accounted for approximately 75% of Voit’s revenue and profit. Mr. Strasmann was directly responsible for opening up offices in Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire for Voit. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned at Voit to accept a position at CBRE. Prior to Voit Real Estate Services, Mr. Strasmann worked at Grubb & Ellis Company for 24 years. Mr. Strasmann held many positions at Grubb & Ellis working his way up from an Industrial Broker to eventually serving as the Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director (Orange County, San Gabriel Valley and the Inland Empire operations). Mr. Strasmann’s region was recognized as the largest and most profitable region nationwide for Grubb & Ellis. Additionally, Mr. Strasmann served on Grubb & Ellis’ National Executive Committee. Mr. Strasmann eventually resigned from Grubb & Ellis to accept a position at Voit Real Estate Services.
