Puppypalooza!

Last night we also supported a great cause at Dupont’s Thomas Foolery for Puppypalooza with City Dogs Rescue. Founded in 2011, 900 dogs from overcrowded and high-kill shelters have gotten a second chance. We snapped Thomas Foolery’s Andrew Meehan and Max Bluestein bookending CDR’s John Benedetto and Amy Mclean, and adoptable one-year-old Patience.

The organization relies on its network of volunteers to foster these sweet dogs until they find their “fur-ever” homes. Here, Rebuilding Together Montgomery Co’s Emma Byrnes, Chocolate Covered Katie’s Katie Higgins, SRA International’s Jon Halperin, and coonhound Sable.

Over 400 people overflowed onto the sidewalk of the bar; all proceeds went to CDR. Here, MCPS’ Cara Schoem and BAH’s Anjanette Flemming, who are fostering Kudzo and London.

Hilton’s Claire Watts and Emily Crantz, Discovery Communications’ Julia Crantz, Shoshana Speiser, and Apache, who definitely isn’t up for adoption.
