Ocean Prime is the newest addition to Cameron Mitchell Restaurants, located in the historic Colorado Building steps away from the White House. The restaurant offers guests prime seafood, steaks, handcrafted cocktails and world-class wines. Main dishes at the shindig included the Chilean sea bass served with whipped potatoes and champagne truffle sauce; swordfish and clams with pancetta, blistered tomatoes and chili flakes; and Florida grouper with brussels sprouts, quinoa, almonds, red peppers and lemon.
