MicroPact Triples In Size

Herndon-based MicroPact has gone from 200 people to 600 after its recent merger with Iron Data Solutions, based in Arlington. Iron Data CEO Tom Sechler (above) will serve as CEO of the newly merged company, which will go by MicroPact. MicroPact CEO and founder Kris Collo will serve as president. The merger allows the company to expand its public-sector reach, as Iron Data dominates the state market with its regulatory and case management solutions and MicroPact serves 97% of federal agencies with 500 or more employees with its case management and business process management software.
