Mike Daugard Named VP for DC Office of Rubenstein

Rubenstein Partners has announced the hiring of industry veteran Mike Daugard as VP for the firm’s DC office. He will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments throughout the area while working closely with regional director Steve Evans.

"Mike is a highly respected professional in the industry and his appointment to the Rubenstein team supports our strategy of recruiting top talent with extensive local market knowledge," said Rubenstein founder David Rubenstein. Mike most recently served as director of acquisitions and portfolio management at Washington Real Estate Investment Trust, where he has spent the majority of his career.

Rubenstein Partners specializes in value-added office property opportunities throughout the Eastern US. Recent transactions include the acquisition of 2461 Eisenhower Ave in Alexandria, a 360k SF mixed-use building that's currently in shell form.
