Last Night in Clarendon

We stopped by Circa in Clarendon for a networking event put on by the Society of Marketing Professional Services of DC, where we snapped Pennoni's Vicki White, Toll Brothers City Living's Stephen Alfandre, and First Potomac's John Sadlik. Stephen says Toll Brothers is wrapping up two big projects: the Hampden Row condos in downtown Bethesda, where sales begin soon, and River Parc in Capitol Riverfront, a 287-unit apartment complex he says Toll hopes to start leasing "as soon as possible."

Vicki's colleague Sue Wolford (right, with HITT's John Droppa and Cini-Little's Ted Farrand) says the engineering firm is performing work on tons of data centers in Loudoun County, as well as a large number of retail pad sites.

After years at HITT, business development guru Derek Gallardo just joined GHT Limited, leading the firm's local business development practice. We snapped him flanked by Sylvia Montgomery and Karl Feldman of Hinge—not the dating app, but the Reston-based marketing and branding firm that works with many real estate clients.
