Forest City Washington recently placed the historic Building 202 in Capital Riverfront on the market and a look inside provides a glimpse of the building's potential.

The 215k SF building at 501 M St SE and was scheduled for a future development phase of The Yards, Forest City’s mega-project around Navy Yard. After receiving numerous inquiries, the company decided to place the building on the market. A recent look inside shows off the property's vast potential, thanks to a tour and subsequent photo gallery of the property shared by JDLand. The building includes an inner atrium that runs the complete length of the building and features an always popular exposed brick look.

Forest City has no plans for the building and is entertaining offers, with hopes of finding a buyer that has a plan for the building that fits in with the overall direction of The Yards. [JDLand]
