Interested bidders will soon have a chance to buy the vacant Cotton Annex building in Southwest DC.
The GSA is putting the building up for auction after an attempt at a land swap fell through, the Washington Business Journal reports. The 118k SF office building at 300 12th St SW was originally home to the US Department of Agriculture, which vacated it in 2007.
The opening date and minimum bid for the auction have not been set, but on Nov. 15 the GSA will host an industry day and tour of the building, which is valued at $52.8M.
