EXPANDING AT THE CORE

Colliers International's Jason Wolf and Evan Zweben got to work together on an HQ deal at a South Jersey office building. CoreTitle subleased 3,500SF space from InfoGroup USA at Bloom Court—an office building in Mount Laurel—in an expansion of the company's HQ to 7,000 SF. Jason handled the talks for InfoGroup and Evan for CoreTitle.
